第一部分中国人学习英语的现状
虽然中国有四亿五千万人曾经学过或正在学习英语，比美国人的人口还要多，但真正能用英语交流的人却寥寥无几。中国人辛勤耕耘英语十来年，付出了大量的时间，金钱，和精力，但结果还是聋哑英语，半吊子英语。
中国人有一个有趣的现象是学了十来年英语连打招呼都没有过关，一见面还是：how are you ,fine，thank you ,and you, i’m fine too, thank you bye bye !!!如果外国人没有说and you 中国人就会给外国人挑毛病，你错了.我说你那个外国人同志啊，你怎么不说and you啊，你不说and you我就没有办法向下说啊，你只有说and you我才能说i’m fine too!!为什么我们全国打招呼都是一样，因为我们使用是同一个教材，我们没有选择，要弱智大家一起弱智。讲到打招呼，中国人还是比日本人好一点，大家都听说过日本首相僧喜朗的故事吧，日本首相僧喜朗将要去美国访问，日本的英语专家就教他，how are you , how are you , fine ,thank you,但是僧喜郎还是没有记住，一见到克林顿，就脱口而出：who are you ?克林顿吃了一惊，心想日本人还挺有幽默感的，就说：我是西拉里的丈夫，僧喜郎就说：me too!!
日本人讲的英语是最难听的，thank you very much!都不会说......
每年中国人有上百万大学毕业生
通过了国家的四级，六级考试，中国的大学生说：我这辈子英语算过关了，拿到了四级六级证书，他们到外资企业找工作，一进门，外国人问他的英语怎么样，他们就会说，我的英语很好，这是我的四级证书，这是我的六级证书，外国人就说，“不要让我看证书，你给我讲两句好不好，”我们的大学生就会说，不让我说英语，你给我两道最难的选择题吧，我做选择题很厉害，我保证能选对，我也最擅长用淘汰法a不对，b不知对不对c好象不对，d不对，一高兴就选择b，这叫自欺欺人.然后那个外国人就说，get out of here,你可以离开了，下一个.只会做选择题的人终将被社会所淘汰。另外做选择题最可怕是：一句话里有五个单词我不会读，有三个单词意思都不懂，但是我能选对，因为前面有个to，那是动词不定式的标志，后面一定要跟动词原形!!或者是前面是had better，后面一定跟动词原形，管它前面是什么。中国学生什么时候最激动，一听说是常考题的时候，是不是，好激动啊，老师，多给几个。我们想一想，用这样的体系培养出来的学生能应付21世纪残酷的商业竞争吗，no!
说过中国的大学生，那么我们再讲讲中国的小孩子。
现在小孩子很幸福.从四岁就开始学英语，辛苦学了五年，花了几千块钱还是不行，基本上就会讲两个单词banana ,apple今年我在大连培训里的时候，有一位家长带一个9岁的小孩来咨询,这个孩子的妈妈一见到我，她就鼓励他：快给张辉老师说几句，这个小孩就跑到我的面前，对我说：张辉老师，what’s your name?这是不是有点象弱智恢复训练：张辉，这是甚么，这是书吧。我问他还会甚么，他就说：i’m a boy.有没有这样的神经病，我看起来是男的实际上是女的。我们国家教英语这个句型教的最好了,student ,come here, let’s have a talk, what’s that ?然后学生就会说：teacher, i think, it’s a desk,老师会说：no ,it’s not a desk, it’s a chair..如果我们的老师都是这样教英文，那真的是太荒唐了。
讲过我们的大学生，小学生，那我们再讲讲我们可怜的成年人.
我们的成年人，大学毕业以后，在社会上混了几年，感到21世纪也来临了，中国也加入了wto，北京申奥也成功了，不学英语就赶不上潮流了，于是就买了很多的书，但基本上都是一样的，看了第一本，听了第一课，磁带听了第一盘，学了新概念，学.......最后又好象走回了老家，学完了一套又一套，不学对不起自己，学了又不知道结果如何.然后宣称：，英语太难学，不学了，我不是学英语的料.你问他们最拿手的是什么，他们就会说，“what’s your name ,!!”
第二部分中国人为什么学不好英语
首先是中国人太爱面子了，中国人学习最怕丢脸，有一天在大街上看到外国人，心想我能外国说两句就好了，可是两条腿就是不向前去，我要是说错了怎么办，外国人会不会笑话我啊，我说错了，那不是很丢人啊，那么多难堪啊。再说我很丑，又不温柔，外国人会不会给我说啊。可是此时我要告诉你，你再丑也是最棒的，你再丑也是最有希望的。学习英语不需要面子，妹妹大胆的向前走，学习英语更不能象羞答答的玫瑰，俗话说“没脸没皮，所向无敌”。我就喜欢犯错误，喜欢丢人，哪儿人多我就到哪儿去丢人，记得我班同学说我是不是有点变态，我就说：i like my style ,so what?你必须热爱犯错误，加油犯错误，争取早一天把错误犯完。
其次，中国人学习英语有太多的抱怨。有的人说我基础不好，我的记忆力差。我没有语言天赋。是不是学好英语一定要有天赋呢，是不是一定要有天赋才能把英语才成学好呢，我举一个简单的例子.就象开车，就象游泳，就象弹钢琴，如果你想成为一个游泳高手，应该怎么办就应该跳进游泳池里拼命地游.中国人怎么做呢，中国人就会到书店里买了很多关于游泳方面的书how to swim，然后去参加培训班，苦学十年拿到了游泳博士学位，然后充满的信心跳进长江，结果跳下去就没有了，最后连尸体都找不到，跳下去就死掉了，还有一个故事，一个游泳教练带着五十个一个班的同学，学习练习游泳，每次上课的时候都是教练奋不顾身跳下去，大都在旁边记笔记，老师游的很好，老师边游边说，记住哟，左手和右手的区别，记住要注意换气啊，老师换气原来是这么回事，老师真伟大，这象不象我们上课啊，同学们翻到第二页，第二页讲的是enjoy doing sth，ask sb to do sth ,tell sb to do sth ,prevent sb from doing sth th.。
再次，中国人的学习方法错了，the chinese misdirected their energy! 中国人的智慧都被浪费在“无聊的语法分析”、“枯燥的单词记忆”、“自欺欺人的精读课文分析”和“弱智的打勾勾涂圈圈的练习和考试”上了!
中国人的语法学的最好，比美国的教授还厉害，但我们的英语水平连美国的五岁小孩都不如，你想想我们开始学喊爸爸，妈妈，叔叔，阿姨再见时，我们的爸妈是否这样说，孩子爸爸，妈妈叔叔，阿姨都有是主语，再见是谓语。最可怕的是外国人回头说了一句，damn it ,shut up ,get out of my face now。外国人骂你，你还不知道，啊，那个外国人在表扬我啊。你想回骂一下外国人，还不知道用声么时态。
另外中国还喜欢抱怨自己的单词量不够，总是把自己学不好英语归根于自己的词汇量不够，自己的单词少，其实，这是个很有趣的事情，你想美国的五岁的小孩子单词量有中国的大学生的单词多好，绝对没有的，但中国的大学生却没有外国的五岁的小朋友说的好，为什么会这样呢，因为你的练习不够，而不是你的单词量不够。此时有的同学会说了我们是不是不要记单词了，不是这样的，我们反对孤立地记忆单词，因为人脑不是电脑，大量的记也会大量地忘，那应该怎么记呢，我们应该用句子来记，举了例子：在我们精读课本上的：i’m looking for a temporary job ,so that i can save up some money to go traveling.如果你这句话你会说，还记不住temporary这个单词，那我要告诉你，你可以回家了，你弱智。另外我们的记忆单词的方法还有听写记忆法，筛选法，我后面再说。还的同学会说，我的记忆很好，我会记很多的单词，但我就是不会说英语，但我要说，那些单词是死单词，你很快就会忘掉，再说，你不能一见老外，就说，sky ,people ,leg ,desk!!
我们在学课文的时候也挺好玩，同学们，我们现在开始学课文，同学们注意了，我们先讲单词，再讲课文，最后讲练习，这是非限制定语从句，这是主语，这是谓语，这是宾语补足语。这些自欺欺的课文分析，其实那些教英语的`老师有时自己也搞不明白。结果，我们学习精读课文变成了一件苦差使，费时费力却颗粒无收，而最后就变成了中国人会说英语的越来越少，会教英语的越来越多。
中国人特别喜欢做选择题，看懂看不懂都没有关系的，我照样能选对。并且擅长用淘汰法，排除法。可这样做很可怕的在于。比如说你做选择题的时候，有四个答案，我们把75%的时间在复习错误的答案，25%的时间在看正确的答案.结果离开教室回到家又没有时间巩固正确的答案。我问你一个简单的问题***妈从培养你长大，有没有说，孩子，正确的说法是这样，另外娘再教你三个错误的说法.
我们很好玩，一天到晚整天在看那些是错误的，排掉一个印象深刻了一点，又排掉了一个印象又把错误记住了一点。再排掉一个又记住了一点，就是没有看正确的.我们再说说阅读，其实我们做阅读题的时候，一般都是，飘飘然，昏昏然，不知所以然，所以我们阅读题没有几个人真正完全能够明白的，所以我们经常说阅读是迷迷糊糊中蒙对的，听力是在极度恐惧中冒对的。
第三部分中国人应该如何学习英语
那么我们中国人怎么学习英语呢，有的学生说我一学英语就头痛，胳膊痛，腿痛,那肯定有问题，学英语应该头痛才对，所以头痛没有用，眼痛没有用，耳朵痛没有用，嘴痛才有用，英语是说出来，不是写出来，不是学出来，不是看出来的，看懂是骗人的，听懂是骗人的，只有说出来才是自己.语言的境界就在于四个字，那就是“脱口而出”，如果不能脱口而出，那学英语干什么，一见面，you ,you is ,you am, you are!
语言本来是世界上最简单的事情，语言本来应该属于劳动人民的，语言是最不需要天赋的，语言本来是劳动人民的基本技能，但中国人却把学习英语这样一件简单的事给搞复杂了。人为地把英语学习分为口语，听力，语法，单词，快速阅读，慢速阅读，写作等等，你想想我奶奶没有学过这些，却说一口流利的中文，而我们学习了英语这些方面，可是最后我们还是没有看到太多的希望.
所以此时大家应该明白这样的一样道理，英语不是学不出来的，就象读完十本关于游泳方面的书照样还不会游泳一样。游泳是游出来的，钢琴是弹出来的，汽车是开出来的，语言是说出来的，只有脱口而出，只有锻造嘴巴才算是真正的学习语言。
另外学习的对象不应该是孤立的发音，单词，语法，而应该是句子!!因为人和人交往的是最基本单位是句子，在句子中掌握发音是地道的发音，在句子中掌握的单词是有生命力的单词，在句子中掌握的语法是有用的语法。一旦以句子为中心，一切都变得很简单自然。到头来，学习英语不过是三个字：说句子。

A broken mirror joined together
During the Southern and Northern Dynasties (420-589), there lived a beautiful, intelligent princess name Lechang in the State Chen. She and her husband Xu Deyan loved each other dearly. But before long their country was in danger of being invaded by the troops of the Sui Dynasty. Princess Lechang and Xu Deyan had a premonition that their county would be occupied by the invaders and they would have to leave the palace and go into exile. During the chaos they might lose touch with each other. They broke a bronze mirror, a symbol of the unity of husband and wife into two parts and each of them kept a half. They aGREed that each would take their half of the mirror to the fair during the Lantern Festival, which is on the 15th day of the first Lunar month, in the hope that would meet again. When they were united the two halves would join together. Soon their premonition came true. During the chaos of war, the princess lost touch with her husband was taken to a powerful minister Yang Su's house and was made his mistress.
At the Lantern Festival the next year, Xu Deyan took his half of the mirror to the fair. He hoped that he could meet his wife. It so happened that a servant was selling the other half of the bronze mirror. Xu Deyan recognized it immediately. He asked the servant about his wife. As he heard about her bitter experience, tears rolled down his cheeks. Xu Deyan wrote a poem on the half of the mirror kept by his wife: "You left me with your broken mirror Now the mirror is back but not you I can no longer see your reflection in the mirror Only the bright moon but not you" .
the servant brought back the inscribed half of the mirror to princess Lechang. For days, she could not help sobbing because she knew her husband was still alive and that he missed her but they could not meet forever.
the minister, Yang Su, found this out. He was also moved by their true love and realized it was impossible to get Lechang's love. So he sent for Xu Deyan and allowed the husband and wife to reunite.
From that story comes the idiom "A broken mirror joined together".
It is used to suggest the happy reunion of a separated couple.

那个仆人把题了诗的铜镜带回来，交给了乐昌公主。一连几天，她都终日以泪洗面，因为她知道丈夫还活着而且想念她，但他们却无法再相见了。
杨素终于发现了这件事。他也被两人的真情所打动，觉得自己也不可能赢得乐昌的爱。于是，他派人找来了徐德言，让他们夫妻团圆了。
"破镜重圆"这个成语就是从这个故事来的。形容夫妻分开后，又高兴的团圆。

I looked around, and caught sight of some children playing, aged 8-9. It seemed they were free from care. I went up to them, and
asked, " Why arent you at school now? Are you on leave?" One boy stood up and said sadly, " We dont have any teachers, No teachers teach us. Two years ago, we had a teacher from a city. But only two weeks later he went away. From then on, no teacher comes here any more. Also we have no school to attend here."
"Why dont you go to the city to study?" I asked. "My parents are both farmers, we havent enough money." He stopped for a moment, and then continued, "We really hope for school." After hearing that, I couldnt say a word with a heavy heart.
Later, I thought it over for a long time. Thats the childrens fault? No. Thats their parents fault with no money? No. But I don’t really understand why.

Wherever I go, Tian Quan stays in my deep memory forever. I can not forgetthe place where I was born and grow up, I can not forget the place wheresurrounded by green mountains and water, I can not forget the good and honestpeople who working hard in there, I can not forget every river, every streetthere.
Standing at the top of the WenBi mountain, you will catch a bird’s eye viewof the whole Tian Quan. You will find it is a beautiful picture including themordern colour and old smell.

My hometown has a long history of culture. There is thetea-horse-accient-way, which attracts Chinese and foreign tourists to visit .Walking on the tea-horse-accient-way, you can’t help sign in regret how long ourculture is!
Tian Quan is also famous for it’s culture of tea. In summer , the farmerswork on the tea plantations, you will regard it as a lively picture. If you havea chance to work on the tea plantations, you can’t miss it! You can enjoy thetea and learn more about tea at the same time .How wonderful it is!
I want to say a song for my hometown, but I don’t know what kinds of musicis fit for her, I want to write a poem for her, but I don’t know what words candescribe her.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I dont know who wrote these words, but Ive always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.
We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, its a state of mind. Its not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. Its the matter of the will. Its the freshness of the deep spring of life.
Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .
Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of whats next and the joy of the game of living .
